Further training to optimize picking in production
Intralogistics offers the greatest savings potential where the majority of costs are incurred. In many companies, up to 65 percent of the total storage costs and between 50 and 60 percent of the personnel input is accounted for by the order picking process. The practical seminar on intralogistics will show you ways to increase performance and reduce costs in order picking. The one-day seminar is aimed at logistics and production managers and managing directors in production companies.
The seminar offers an optimal mixture of theory and practice. First of all, possibilities are discussed how to increase performance in order picking:
How can you ensure that all necessary parts are available in the right quantity at the right time?
How do you evaluate possible time delays and resulting performance limitations?
In a second part we look at approaches to cost reduction through automation solutions in order picking. We invite partners from the field who will not only present technical solutions for automation, but also provide you with a guide for practical implementation.
The seminar will be supplemented by practice-oriented learning units in case studies as well as a tour of the IPH with a visit to an automated guided tour of an automated guided vehicle system. There will be plenty of opportunities to talk to the experienced speakers to address your individual questions.
In order to ensure personal support, the number of participants in this training course on intralogistics is limited to a maximum of 15 persons. We are also happy to offer individual training courses or in-house solutions.
